[Suggestion] PAC 3 - Player Avatar Customizer

This addon allows the creation and customization of playermodels through an editor, and with enough pratice can pump out some pretty legit stuff. The only downside to it is that it will destroy the credit system, and restrictions will have to be placed on certain aspects suchs as shake and sunbeams. It allows people to create their own playermodels so they won't have to request them anymore, and it adds uniqueness to the playerbase.
Examples of what can be created in PAC:

I believe WinterPhoenix is very against this idea because it's just simply dumb (or due to performance issues, dunno).
If its a performance reason, then you can just place heavy restrictions on effects, particles, and disallow the use of the other 2 mentioned at the top.
Also you can make PACS seemingly lagless by grouping it a ton. Any case, it can be client-side disabled, so no one will be affected if they don't want to be.
The ability to create playermodels and animations would be a great ability to have, but it can get pretty mingey if its not monitored correctly. You can actually set forced restrictions on the server to disallow certain parts of pac which should stop the mingey part at once. The only regrettable side of adding PAC is the fact that it will ruin the credit system for customizations and what not.

There are many reasons not to implement something like this. If we do a player customization system, Winter will almost definitely want to use his own code. Things like this are more suited for servers where the server owner doesn't know how to program their own systems for customization, much like PointShop and PointShop2 are for those who don't know how to program an economy and shop.

It's basically what Sophie said. PAC3, in any configuration, is terrible for performance and if we were to add something like that, I'd want to just code it myself.
