Well hello yet again, Will.

So based on your effort with this appeal it would appear you really don't care about getting unbanned. I would have liked to see more effort put into the year later appeal. I don't really see any change in your behavior. However, your dedication to these appeals and the fact you make them on time every 3 months makes me want to give you another chance, and, at the very least, there is a small desire to actually be unbanned.

Due to this and the one on one chats we've had in the past about your ban, I will actually be accepting this appeal. I want you to be very careful with what you say and/or queue on the server if you actually decide to return. PLEASE don't make me regret this. You won't get another chance.
