Contacting @WinterPhoenix96 about hosting an event this way would be the best chance you've got. And you'd probably have to plan it out in advance because guest access to RTMP is likely to be only for a specific time frame to host the event.
 
Yeah, you've gotta PM me for Guest Access for the RTMP Service. You also have to have a Mod that's willing to host it with you to do it.
