Put some stuff in golf to console

Theres alot of stuff cluttering the chat that are like [StateChange] old: N | New: N | Time: N.N (N is number ofc)
and [PlayerHoleDone] 2 Strokes: Eagle/100 or something.
Couldnt they be put in console so they dont clutter chat up?
(Or if they should be in chat, then maybe only for staff members and stuff so normal players, which probably dont understand what they mean, dont see them.)

They're in chat during the beta basically for debugging purposes. They won't always be that way.
