Invalid No volume control for Ustream

Summary of Issue Encountered
I can't use the adjust volume for Ustream (similar to Twitch issues)

Expected Result
Being able to turn up the volume for the stream

Actual Result
Not being able to

Steps to Reproduce
Queue Ustream and try to adjust volume

Screenshots/Error(s) in Console (if applicable) of the Issue
I also can't use cinema_toggle_controls to turn up the volume manually

as opposed to Twitch where you can use toggle controls to adjust volume like so

Volume Controls seem to work fine normally, using the - and + keys to F1>Options>Volume. As such, this issue has been marked "Invalid" and is now closed.
