Fixed ShouldDrawLocalPlayer in ALL Instances- Increased the maximum length of time you can get Credits for to 3 Hours, but decreased Credit Rate by 1/2 after 1 Hour
- Disabled Opening the Skip Menu when no video is playing
- Tidied up the Skip Menu for Non-Admins
- Replaced the Vote-based Queue System with Chronological, and allowed paying Credits (75) to move any video up instead.
