Why You Should Be Unbanned
I have 100% never played any Porn or Death videos. I don't know who banned me or what video's the ban is referring. If there is a log of video's i have requested I am positive there has never been porn or death or anything related. I believe this is a name mix-up as I have visited the server for a year or two and not been the type of player to play disturbing/inappropriate content.

I've now realized what video i was banned for was. I was making a joke referencing an anime that i had requested prior to the video i was banned for. The video was about 10 seconds long and the violence occurs roughly 6-7 seconds in, in which i had force skipped the video at most 4 seconds in. Specifically the reference i was making was an anime compilation where a character screams "Mr President, watch out!" a number of times. That video was PG rated and in no way rule-breakingly violent. Then i had queued the assassination of that president in that car, but i skipped the video immediately. It was only a joke and I had zero intention of actually showing any violence. Looking back it is wrong to, even skipping the actual scene, play that video in a public theater to unsuspecting viewers regardless if it was a joke. I can accept that a ban is fair. But as this is a first offence, and that I have been a regular on this server for a lengthy amount of time and the extent of what my crime was, I don't think Permaban is fair.

The pornography video was removed by you so that video can be overlooked as it is not the big issue here. The real life death video is the main reason for this ban. I actually tried to get a hold of you prior to executing this ban. I felt that maybe this video was an accident since it had a very similar name to the video you queued directly before it, and you also skipped it before the violent act took place. You have also, like you said, been around the server for a good amount of time with no real issues of breaking rules. I tried to add you on steam to discuss the video, and waited 24 hours for a response, but never got one. At that point I followed standard procedure and banned you permanently for real life death.

Real life death videos are not allowed under any circumstances and the act of queuing them alone is enough to get you banned. Even if they are removed or skipped before playing. It is not something that should be used as a joke. However, due to you being a fairly frequent member of the community, not being an issue prior to this incident, removing the porn video and skipping the real life death video before the death took place, and you properly explaining the situation in this appeal, I will be reducing this ban. Seeing as you still did queue both the porn video and death video I won't be unbanning you outright, but I will reduce this ban to 1 week. Normally you need to wait a minimum of 3 months between a permanent ban and an appeal, but I will let that slide this time. You will be unbanned at approximately 12 AM on the 23rd of this month.
