Fixed Inconsistent Audio/Video Fetching

Summary of Issue Encountered
Placing screen and requesting forces all media in that instance of the cabin to fetch the videos, requesting media then placing a screen forces all media requested afterward to not have videos even if you want to use a screen.

Expected Result
If there's a screen, there is video.

Actual Result
Depending on the order of actions, there is not a video.

Steps to Reproduce
Request media. Now you can not view videos on any screens you may place down.

Interesting. I think I know why this is happening; it's probably one of the optimization tricks that try to reduce FPS impact when it's expecting to not have to draw a video.

I'll take a look at it in a bit and see what I find.

I found the issue and fixed it. Basically, Screens weren't being removed from the Media Controller when the entity was removed, so when you re-spawned it, it would try to register in a slot that was already taken (by its invalid self).
