I used to mod on a flood server a long time ago and also was a admin on a busy sandbox server. I have have 1500 hours on gmod mostly spent online in multiplayer games and learning the differences between a minge and a troll.

How You Would Improve the Studio or Community
I think that with my many hours spent online I can generally tell if someone is going to cause trouble or if someone is just arguing with someone making it so more trolls get banned.
