Fixed Can't use chat commands whilst sitting

Can't use chat commands while sitting down

Expected Result
Able to use chat commands freely while sitting down

Actual Result
No capabilities to use chat commands when I sat down in the seat

Steps to Reproduce
Sit down and try to use a chat command
