Negative Experience/Staff Abuse

To the Current Owner and Staff,

I have visited YukiTheater for the first time tonight to see how it is. I was very impressed with how the layout was made and it's very well made. So far nothing bad.

But that's when things went south.

One player began to harass me as i was reading the rules to make sure i knew what i was doing. I did play Food Wars in a public theater and it was considered "Too Ecchi". I apologize if that was not acceptable in public rooms. The players name was PhantomGamer123. Apparently "Throwing snowballs is apart of the server so nothing they could do." IF that is the case then fine. But when he is obstructing my view, hitting me and constantly asking me to play chess AFTER i told him to stop, and harassing me the entire time while im on the server it gets very annoying really quick. It is stated in your general rules that you should not harass other players after they have asked you to stop.

I have messaged your staff several times explaining to them that this player has been harassing me several times and i did tell them everything he was doing. Both Pants and TheEpicYnot have said that they can't do anything about harassment since they "Don't see any kind of harassment". Correct me if I am wrong (And i know they both will) but isn't staff suppose to stop harassment and detain the situation since its in clear violation of general rule one? They literally did whatever they want while higher staff was not online. This makes your two staffs members look lazy, childish, and immature. I will provide screenshots as evidence.

After finally getting the player to leave me alone i get a chance to try out an empty theater to see what its like THEN your staff crossed the line.

Your Moderator TheEpicYnot used the !slap command to hit me. He claimed that there was nothing he could do about player harassment, but "he could abuse his power to player users around." Is this the kinda behavior your staff is taught?

I am disappointed to see your staff acting like this. This server has a high server rate and is very popular. But when they are acting like this, it does not do well towards your reputation. I hope that the Higher Staff and Owner can see this and honestly know that this is not acceptable. I may still come back to the server but I hope you can take care of these two staff members who brought upon a negative experience.

Let me start this by telling you that I actually am higher staff, so "They literally did whatever they want while higher staff was not online. " is not accurate. Me and Ynot both saw each of your reports. I can't speak for Ynot, but each time you reported, I began to linger around the two of you to see this harassment. As I stated on the server, there was nothing to see. He asked you to play chess a few too many times, sure, but as you can see from your own screenshots, he was told to stop. Right after that, you left, I assume so you could focus on writing this report.

Regarding the "harassment" from Ynot slapping you, that was simply coincidence and oversight on Ynot's part. Both you and the player you were complaining about have the word Phantom in your name, so when Ynot went to slap the player who was blocking you, you were slapped as well. Easy mistake to make. You being unintentionally pulled into a slap due to similar name is not abuse of power or harassment. It is simply an accident.

While interpretation of the word harassment can differ between people, you clearly considered what they were doing as harassment. On that note though, if you wanted them to stop asking you to play chess, the server has a mute option in the scoreboard. Hold tab, click, find the player and click the mic icon by their name. This will mute both voice and text chat from that player.

You can also rent a private theater and blacklist players from being allowed in the room through the f4 menu. As for public theaters, you can hide other players in the f1 options menu. Not ideal maybe, but thought I would mention it as on option.
