I am a former moderator on the NeonHeights Trade Servers on Team Fortress 2. I have assisted many players throughout the server, and have assured everyone was abiding by the rules the owner had put into place. As a customer service representative / hospitality student, I am capable of assisting those in need in a dignified and professional manner, and have done so in both a work and online environment.
