Is using addons possible?

This always shows up. Also I am not sure if it is normal that the fix takes multiple hours to install.

I know there is pretty much nothing happening anymore, but still I have got a massive problem. I dont know why, but I can only launch the game once. I am really puzzled and don't know what to do about it. It would be great if anyone could help me out, since if it can not be solved I have wasted...
