Sticky Voice Chat Crackling / Very Quiet

This is an easy fix, although there's a bunch of things that result in the final volume.
  1. Go to GMod's Menu > Options > Voice and adjust the volume sliders
  2. Click on Steam Voice Settings in that options menu and adjust the volume sliders there as well
  3. If it's only one player that's quiet, ask them to check their Transmit Volume in GMod's Voice Options, Steam Voice Settings, and their microphone's volume in their Operating System
  4. If everyone's still too quiet for you, open GMod's Console and adjust these two settings, using the defaults as a baseline:
