How You Would Improve the Studio or Community
I can improve the community by bringing forth fair rule enforcement while keeping my professionalism. I know how to handle myself as a staff member and keep myself under control when it comes to stressful situations. I can also bring ideas to the staff team and help the members of the community with any questions they may have.
