Won't Fix Gmod keeps crashing when i try to get on the server

Summary
So every time i try to get on the server, it just freezes where it says "Mounting Addons" and then it just exits out
the game and crashes. This happens even if one out of any of the required material packs are downloaded. But however when i don't have any of the server materials downloaded, i was able to get on successfully but just see all missing textures. (note: this started happening after the v1.6 map update)

Expected Result
I was supposed to get on the server successfully and with no problems

Actual Result
Game ends up crashing

Steps to reproduce
(Note: I don't know if its just my computer or some other problem. I tried both using HDD and SSD drives with both same results. But i have a clue its just my 8gb of RAM, I'm just not sure about it.)
Just login as usual with the server downloading the files.

(I have no idea if I'm the only one with this issue. Like out of all the cinema servers and every other gamemode in gmod, i just seem to have a problem with this server. If there is no solution/fix, that is perfectly fine.)

I tried both of these and i'm still having the same issues sadly.

yes and i even tried to put everything on the lowest setting.

actually i somehow fixed it. i uninstalled steam and reinstalled everything. well thanks for the help though.
