How You Would Improve the Studio or Community
I believe in having fun and being chill/relaxed with the community, while keeping order and not being a total knob. I'll screw around once in a while, but as a moderator it would be my job to do my best to satisfy a users needs when it comes to needing help or to pacify any kind of conflict and pass out required punishment to any rule breakers.

The hourly quota required monthly should not be a problem.
I overwhelmed myself and burnt out, then vanished into thin air during my time as moderator. Which I feel screwed over the rest of the members, I apologize and wish to come back stronger and try again. Looking at current mod count, even so to try and help the newer staff members.
