Adding custom animations tends to be pretty difficult due to how Source Engine works, essentially meaning that we'd have to kind of "hack it in" with Lua, like how Kazotsky works. If there's enough interest in adding a specific custom emote we might, but considering the amount of effort required, it's kind of unlikely.
