I have worked in a team working job-force of a Casino in my local area, and worked with a team that needed leadership on a daily / nightly basis on a timely manners. Efficiently able to handle situation that require a calm state and a non-biased commitment to negative events. I have worked under several youth and teen organizations that required a role model, spokesperson, and a critical situation dealer on a extreme case.

PsychoPlay (Stranded) : Had worked under 250 + Hours and had Moderator status for 2 months, has previously shut down and restarted again under same name.
SeaBearCircle Gaming ((Also was under as Wolves Vendetta/Salty n' Spice ( PropHunt/TTT/Minecraft/Discord))
In Wolves Vendetta - Had 2500 + Hours Worked under as a Mod. Admin was 800+ Hours. Dealt with approx of 20 ~ 30 users daily for Ghosting/Trolling/Grief/Hacks and etc. Able to handle situations quickly and efficiently as possible under discretion. Has been officially shutdown of May 27th, 2018.
In Salty n' Spice Gaming (Discord) : Had worked in discord for under 150+ Hours and was disbanded 2 months after it's shortly timed launch.
In SeaBearCircle Gaming - Is Currently a Part-time Admin for SeaBearCircle Minecraft Modded: Currently have 300+ Hours Total running a MC Server with Approx of 20 ~ 50 Players Daily.
Co-Owner of 2 Small community Servers in Discord - Potatoe's Greenery and Sakuro Inc.

How You Would Improve the Studio or Community
I would bring my experience and leadership skills to help the Staff perform their jobs more effectively with more knowledge. I would also be able to assist the Staff with moderation of the Community in a fair fashion as well as help maintain a positive relationship with the Community. I would able to put my college testing and skills into helping with anything related to public addressing and assessing situations.

Was a Previous Mod for Yuki Theater, returning to gain back my position and help maintain the server under a safe and fun atmosphere.
