Cipher Puzzles and Riddles

Here is another cipher for you all!
Solve the cipher and answer the encrypted question as your reply:

Zkdw lv wkh qdph ri wkh ixoophwdo dofkhplvw?

Hint: (added if unsolved after 24 hours)

Let me know if you enjoy these! ^^

Congrats Lil k0vec! That is correct.

The cipher used is called a Caesar cipher. The cipher is a shift in letters of the alphabet by a number (the key)
The key used for this question was the number 3. Therefore:
Normal: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
Cipher: XYZABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVW

You guys seem to be good at these. I must increase the difficulty!

This is the last one for today but I hope you enjoy the challenge!
Solve this cipher and answer the encrypted question as your reply:

WAITEILOTENMWIHZSNKNIFAUEHTSHTTEFHAIEHCAUAAAOSETRD?

This one is a little more difficult but if this gets solved quickly i may have to combine ciphers ;)

Good luck!
Hint: Two rails

Ayyyy grats!

The cipher was a Rail Fence cipher with the key of 2 so it is made of 2 rails like so:

W..A..I..T..E..I..L..O..T..E..N..M..W..I..H..Z..S..N..K..N..I..F..A..U..E
..H..T..S..H..T..T..E..F..H..A..I..E..H..C..A..U..A..A..A..O..S..E..T..R..D
read up and down in a diagonal

I am indeed! Haha grats Cat.

Heres the next one:

This mother comes from a family of eight,
Supports her children in spite of their weight,
Turns around without being called,
Has held you since the time you crawled.

Yes it is! Grats Kuro ^.^

Next riddle is this:

It cannot be seen, it cannot be felt,
Cannot be heard, cannot be smelt,
Lies behind stars and under hills,
and empty holes it fills.
Comes first follows after,
Ends life kills laughter.

It is indeed Kuro :) nice one.

Here's the next. It's a bit more difficult:

I heard of a wonder, of words moth-eaten. That is a strange thing, I thought, weird. That a man's song be swallowed by a worm. His blinded sentences, his bedside stand-by rustled in the night - and the robber-guest. Not one wit the wiser. For the words he had mumbled.

Sounds to be something like about an Owl, saying "Who?" but I might be way off-base. I was never very good at these.
