Make it able to extend glow and accessories draw distance

Like the title says. Just add either an option or a console command. For people with more powerful computers.
 
Yeah, sure, I'll add a setting for adjusting their draw distance above and below the default.

The feature has been added. Players can now increase or decrease the Render Distance for Accessories, Hats, Pets, and Particle Effects by adjusting the slider from the Scoreboard.

Should it be set to 0, it will disable rendering of those things entirely, which can significantly increase FPS, depending on the situation.
